*CANCELATION POLICY

    Reservations may be cancelled with written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to arrival date, subject to an administration fee of $45 plus a $35 processing fee. Reservations between 45-89 days are subject to a $45 administration fee plus a $35 processing fee plus half of the balance due. Once guests are within 45 days from their arrival date, no cancellations permitted. This is due to us being a small boutique hotel and reservations are difficult to replace within the 45 day time period before arrival. We recommend Cancellation Insurance.
