*CANCELATION POLICY

Reservations may be canceled with a written notice:

​

*At least ninety (90) days prior to arrival date - subject to an administration fee of $45 plus a $35 processing fee.

​

*Between 45-89 days - subject to a $45 administration fee plus a $35 processing fee plus half of the balance due.

​

*Within 45 days from their arrival date, NO CANCELLATIONS are permitted. This is due to us being a small boutique hotel and reservations are difficult to replace within the 45-day time period before arrival. We recommend Cancellation Insurance.
